Very Unhappy Customer!

I?ve been using Dr. Julie as my vet for years at Canal Road Animal Hospital but no more! The service has continued to go downhill while prices go up. The staff is never friendly & downright rude on the phone when trying to make appointments. I?ve also never had a problem with boarding my dogs until recently. They were returned to me not once but twice completely filthy! I assumed it was an oversight the first time but after the second time I?ve had it! It?s a shame because she was such a good vet. If you?re looking for a clean facility to take your pets that has a wonderful staff I suggest using Animal Medical Center in Foley.

This is the greatest care your pet will ever receive.... Dr Julie and Staff are the warmest, most loving and caring Vet/staff - I have ever worked with.... Lots of pet care options are given to you in the care of your pets.... Follow up calls to check on you and your pets are the most wonderful thing ..... Everyone in the offfice makes sure you and your pet feel welcome..... Dr. Julie really does get the job done on pet health....If she can't do anything she will make sure you have the best care in other places....
